About Us

In July 1981, Lakewood Village began its journey with the joint collaboration of heart & mind between the Minister of Meadowbrook Church of Christ and the owner of the Hart Lake property. Their dream was to create a home for the aged which ultimately became Lakewood Village on the 51 acres. Today, our campus features 161 Independent Living apartments in the North, South and West Wing. Assisted Living features 34 Studio Apartments, 15 Memory Care Assisted Living apartments, Outpatient Therapy and Respite Care.
