Since July 1981, Lakewood Village has been a trusted senior living community in Fort Worth, TX. Founded through the vision of the Minister of Meadowbrook Church of Christ and the Hart Lake property owner, our mission has always been to create a welcoming home for older adults. Nestled on 51 scenic acres, Lakewood Village now offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, outpatient therapy, and respite care in a vibrant, supportive setting.
